Q1: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.

Q2: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Q3: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

Q4: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our Refund / Return Policy for more details.

Q5: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
